How do I do xx in WordPress?
A lot of people send us their questions about WordPress to our email addresses. How do we install this or what plugin does that… The best course of action to receive the fastest response is to post your question in the forum. If you post your question in the forum, not only will you receive a fast response from either myself or one of the members, you’ll also be helping anyone else who may have the same question.
How do I contact you directly
If, for whatever reason, you can’t find the answer to your question in our Frequently Asked Questions section, you can submit a support ticket at our support desk at http://mattwolfe.zendesk.com. Someone on our support team will respond as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that all “how-to” type questions should be directed to the forum and not to the support desk.
What do I do if I lost my password?
If you lost your password, simply go the lost password page. Enter the email address that you registered with and a new password will be sent to you.
Can I change my password?
Yes. To change your password, simply login with your original password by clicking “Login” at the top of the screen. Once logged in, go to this link. Once inside, you will have options to edit your email address and your password.
I need to change the card that’s being billed
To change your credit card or billing details, simply go to Clkbank.com and fill out your details.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership by submitting a support ticket here. Make sure you send us your Clickbank receipt number or order number from your original registration email. We can not process cancellations with out it. Also, please keep in mind that when you do cancel your account, your access to the site will be terminated immediately. Our system does not wait until the end of the current month to revoke access. We advise that, if you intend to cancel membership, that you wait until the end of your current billed month. Please do not send cancellation requests to any other email address. Cancellations can only be handled through our support desk.
How do I advertise on your site?
Contact my support desk about advertising. If your promotion is relevant to WordPress and I feel that it will benefit my members, we can discuss pricing to advertise in the sidebar on this page.
Will you promote my product to your mailing list
In almost all scenarios, the answer is going to be “No”. I’m not opposed to promoting products to my mailing list if I believe the product is a good fit and is relevant to what I teach. Unless you have a WordPress plugin or theme that my members can benefit from, there’s a very small chance that I will help promote your product / launch / info-product… Feel free to contact my support desk with details about your product and a link to where I can review it. However, if I don’t feel your product is relevant, I may not respond. It’s nothing personal. I just receive a lot of requests to promote other people’s products. (I will NOT consider promoting any products to my members without the opportunity to review the product myself. Keep this in mind when sending requests.)
